COOKING FRESH AT THE MARKET – Seasonal recipes presented by local dieticians

Cooking Fresh at the Market features a group of creative, culinarily-inclined local dieticians who will be at the Tosa Farmers Market demonstrating how to make easy, healthy recipes from whatever is freshest from the fields that week.  All produce is generously donated by Kettle Rock Farms. Each month look for Cooking Fresh at the Market to surprise your taste buds and teach you new ways to use seasonal vegetables to make the most of summer’s bounty on the following dates:  June 23rd, August 27th, September 24th and October 8th!
